SAP Business Analyst
Location: Saudi Arabia (Preference for candidates based in Saudi Arabia)

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and requirements for SAP solutions.
Analyze, design, and document business requirements for SAP implementations and enhancements.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement and support SAP solutions.
Conduct feasibility studies and impact analyses for proposed SAP changes.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and foster communication.
Configure and customize SAP modules to meet business requirements.
Assist in the development and execution of test plans, ensuring the delivered SAP solutions meet business requirements.
Provide ongoing support and training to end-users on implemented SAP solutions.
Stay current with SAP product updates, industry trends, and best practices.
Collaborate with SAP functional and technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a SAP Business Analyst, demonstrating expertise in gathering and documenting requirements for SAP solutions.
Strong understanding of SAP modules, including SAP ECC, S/4HANA, HCM, CRM, BW, SRM, GRC, etc.
Proficiency in SAP configuration and customization.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
Experience with data analytics and visualization tools is a plus.
